As a mother of three, with three pregnancies and births—including two home births—I deeply understand the many challenges and transformations that come with becoming a mother. With each child, you are born again as a new mom, and this journey was never meant to be done alone.
Two of my babies were born in the United States, and my third was born in magical Bali. I call it magical because Eastern culture honors pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in a profoundly supportive way. There is no such thing as an unsupported mother—women are surrounded by care, guidance, and community.
After my third baby, I chose to experience postpartum the way Balinese women do, fully held and supported. That experience was truly transformational and changed the way I view motherhood and postpartum care. It inspired me to become a birth and postpartum doula so I could offer other mothers the same level of care, presence, and support.

Birth Doula ServicesA birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you during pregnancy, and during, and shortly after childbirth to help you achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. You'll get answers to questions about the process, you'll learn more about interventions to be able to make informed decisions, you'll get help with writing a birth plan, practice labor positions, and much, much more. Having me as your doula will help you feel more empowered and comfortable. It may also reduce your labor time, make it easier to handle all sensations during childbirth, and having a doula has been proven to improve outcomes for the whole family. Virtual support is also available. |

The postpartum period — often called the “fourth trimester” — is a sacred and vulnerable time for both mother and baby. Mothers need help, support, and they need to be held. I'm here to offer that to you. I provide nurturing, hands-on support so you can rest, heal, and feel confident in your new role. From light baby-related tasks and nourishing meals for you to emotional support, birth story processing, and overnight care, I am here to care for you in the way you need most. You were never meant to do this alone. Let me help you.

Childbirth & Baby Care ClassWhether you're a new or seasoned parent who needs some reminders, I'm here to help you. I offer Childbirth Preparation Classes during which you'll learn the process of birth. We'll talk about labor stages, practice labor positions, etc. I'll help you prepare your mind and body, and I'll provide your partner with tools they can use to support you during this time. I also offer a basic Newborn Care classes during which you'll learn how to care for your baby - from bathing, changing diapers, to using baby carriers, and so much more. Classes available in different settings - one-on-one, you and your birth partner, or group classes. Reach out for more information.
