WHAT IS A BIRTH DOULA?
Birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to their client before, during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. Doula is a birth coach who helps you feel supported while labor after your baby is born. Having a doula with you may reduce your labor time, make it easier to handle all sensations during childbirth and it's been proven to influence outcomes for the whole family. Birth doula is not a medical professional.

Pregnancy & birth
NOTICE: I am no longer available for full childbirth support for any due dates in 2025. If your due date is in 2026, feel free to contact me. I am still available for birth preparation classes and postpartum support in November & December, as well as next year.
Full pregnancy / birth package
What it includes (can be adjusted):
* Monthly prenatal visits (preferably in person but also possible online). During those, we'll develop a relationship that will help you feel comfortable with having me in your birth space. Birth is an extremely intimate event, and you need to feel safe and trust those who are there with you. We'll explore your needs, wants, and possible fears about birth. We'll talk about prenatal care and how it can affect your birth. We'll process any fears and doubts you might have, and I'll give you space to talk about everything without judgment so that you can feel a huge relief and leave our meetings feeling ready and excited. I'll also share what to expect during postpartum and how to prepare for this special time. You can ask me anything and everything, and I'll respond based on my knowledge and experience.

* My pregnancy & postpartum tea blends.
* Additional communication during pregnancy via texts, voice messages, or calls.
* 24h on call starting at 37 weeks through birth.
* Continuous doula support at your birth space within an hour to two hours (depending on location) of your call for the whole duration of labor and 2 to 4 hours afterward if desired.
* Labor, birth, and golden-hour photos (if circumstances allow and if desired).
* Phone/text support for two weeks following birth.
* Two in-person postnatal visits. Those visits will take place whenever you feel the time is right (up until 40 days postpartum) and I'll support you in a way you need (can include me bringing you a meal, doing some light cleaning, helping with the baby, helping with other children or simply being there for you and listening).

Full package is $1,200.
$400 is due at the time you book my services and is non-refundable. The rest, $800, is due no later than when you reach 36 weeks. No hidden fees. Additional charges may apply if you're further than 2 hours away from me or want to use additional services - all would be agreed upon.

If you have already had home births before and you trust your body and the process, but still would like to have an option to receive support, this package is for you. What it includes:

* Become comfortable with setting your boundaries for your birth partners / in a hospital.
* Crush course on interventions and procedures done at hospitals that you have a full right to refuse (and how to do so if needed).
Those sessions can be adjusted to your needs. We can go through all the points above or talk about anything you need to prepare for birth.

I am based in Newnan. Pregnancy coaching, birth doula & postpartum doula available in Atlanta and Atlanta South Metro area which include but aren't limited to Peachtree City, Sharpsburg, Tyrone, Fayetteville, Sanoia, Franklin, LaGrange, Griffin, Jonesboro, Union City, McDonough, Forest Park.
I am also available within a 2 hrs drive each direction from Newnan with a small additional charge for travel expenses.
