Healing previous pregnancy / birth trauma
Pregnancy and childbirth is a lot. Often, some things don't go the way we'd like them to. Sometimes, we're told that we shouldn't be worried, sad or disappointed because "the most important thing is that the baby is healthy". As important as it is, we tend to forget about the mother's wellbeing. You go through a lot. And trauma can look different for different people. Sometimes it's about literal physical trauma of a serious tear or having an emergency c-section. Other times, it can be the feeling of loss and sadness but not being able to point to its source. Either way, you might want to process your experience fully again and make sure you're ready for your next journey of becoming a mom to a new baby.
* Unpack your experiences and go through them fully
* Feel supported, listened to and understood while you express your feelings and emotions without being judged, shamed or questioned
* Be informed about what happened and understand that it wasn't you or your body, that you didn't fail and everything is OK with you
* Receive evidence based information about what happened and what to do to prevent it in the future
* Receive additional resources if needed
* Also available in a group if you'd like to have your friends and/or family with you

$100 for an hour long meeting
Deposit of $50 required at the time of booking my services and is non-refundable. The other $50 can be paid on the day of our meeting.

I am based in Newnan. Pregnancy coaching, birth doula & postpartum doula available in Atlanta and Atlanta South Metro area which include but aren't limited to Peachtree City, Sharpsburg, Tyrone, Fayetteville, Sanoia, Franklin, LaGrange, Griffin, Jonesboro, Union City, McDonough, Forest Park.
I am also available within a 2 hrs drive each direction from Newnan with a small additional charge for travel expenses.
