As a mother of three, after three pregnancies and births (including two homebirths), I fully understand all the challenges of becoming a new mother. Keep in mind that you become a new mom with every single child! And it was never meant to be done on your own. Two of my babies were born in the US, third one in magical Bali. Why magical? Eastern culture values pregnancy, birth, and postpartum so much more. There's no such thing as an unsupported mother. Women always have help and support and after my third baby I decided to go through postpartum the way Balinese women do. After experiencing this, I realized I wanted other mamas to have a similar experience as it was truly transformational, so I became a birth & postpartum doula. So, let me hold space for you during this special time of your life!

Trained birth doula

A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you before, during, and shortly after childbirth to help you achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. You'll get answers to questions about the process, you'll learn more about interventions to be able to make informed decisions, you'll get help with writing birth plan and much, much more. Having a doula with you may reduce your labor time, make it easier to handle all sensations during childbirth, and it was proven to improve outcomes for the whole family. Allow me to take you on a journey of postpartum, of becoming a mother and help you during this time by cleaning your house, preparing you a meal, watching your baby while you nap, help with your older children. All of it with a help of trained postpartum doula. We'll explore your needs, wants, and fears and work through your birth story to make space for you to go through everything, experience, embrace, heal if needed, let go and start your new life as a mom.
